Kenneth Klint, Comptroller and Vice President
Ken is responsible for all aspects of the financial and administrative operation of the company including contract administration, insurance, safety programs, compliance, equipment purchasing, and tracking waivers and payout requests. (read more)

Seaby Bess, Project Manager/Estimator
Seaby specializes in commercial and industrial work, which often involves office remodeling, plant additions, concrete machine pads, masonry openings, and truck docks. Seaby also handles a wide variety of work including structural shoring, repairs to bow string trusses, overhead door opening repairs, and other structural repairs. (read more)

Russell Anderson (Rusty), Project Manager/Estimator
Rusty usually handles our larger new construction projects, including "out of the ground" projects, "design-build" projects, additions, tenant build-outs, and related remodeling; for commercial, industrial, institutional, and church facilities. (read more)

Jason Lynne, Project Manager/Estimator
Jason holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Construction Management from the University of Northern Iowa. During the summers he gained field experience as a carpenter framing houses. Jason joined Staalsen Construction Company in 2000 where he prepares conceptual and hard cost estimates for all areas of construction and general contract work. (read more)

Richard J. Hendricks, Project Manager/Estimator
Rich brings over 30 years of construction experience to our company. He began his construction career as a laborer. As he increased his knowledge he became an apprentice carpenter while working towards his Associates Degree in Architecture. Since then Rich has developed a sales and project management career.
