Richard J. Hendricks, Project Manager/Estimator
Rich brings over 30 years of construction experience to our company. He began his construction career as a
laborer. As he increased his knowledge he became an apprentice carpenter while working towards his Associates
Degree in Architecture. Since then Rich has developed a sales and project management career. (read more)
Paul Eisterhold, Project Manager/Estimator
Paul graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Business and Public Administration in 1970. His construction experience was utilized at a family general contracting firm before beginning with Staalsen Construction Company. He has been a project manager and estimator for over 30 years in the Chicagoland market with extensive experience constructing schools, municipal, park district, and recreational building projects. Jon brings over 30 years of construction experience to Staalsen Construction Company. Jon holds a Masters of Business Administration degree from Loyola University in Chicago and is a licensed architect in the State of Illinois. He is a versatile and innovative project manager with experience in educational, commercial, industrial, governmental, and retail projects.
